Im 17, 5′11" i am working to get my arms bigger and i have a 6 pack but it is under some stomach fat that i would like to burn, will running burn the muscle on my arms, also will riding a bike burn the fat on my stomach?
running will not burn muscle as long as you run in your aerobic "zone". that is the zone that uses oxygen to burn fat. it is different for everyone, depending on many factors including what kind of shape you are in. but if you just do some light jogging a few times a week for 30 minutes, you’ll burn fat and won’t have to worry about losing muscle. riding a bike will burn fat on your abs.

I heard this by one of my frineds…high intesity is the best workout apperantly you can do…and you’ll burn fat at the same time because your heart pumps so fast doign these work outs…
your burn fat without burning muscle infact building muscle…is this true??
Yes, good for your heart. You also need to make sure you are getting enough good calories to keep up with what you are burning.
I would add about 50 k calories per 15 minutes of hard cardio.

im 136 pounds, 5′8", 16 years old and i have 13% bodyfat. im gonna be going on vacation by the beach in mid august and i was wondering if i should build muscle or burn fat and get 6 pack abs. which one would look better for the girls-more muscle or 6 pack abs.
