i am 19, 220lb i lift weight every other day. I am going to have to kick up the running to cut weight. i have a good muscle structure even some abs under my beer belly. will drinking more light beer help? also i need some other food besides fruit and veggies i eat them but they dont fill me up. should i be eating more smaller meals of just eating like twice a day? what is a good amound of cardio? will more crunches really help tone the belly and burn the fat off? i need a way to burn fat fast!! i have the mental kick ass attitude i just need to know how to do it healthy.

i already run 3 miles a day and i swim everyday. i eat well most of the time. but i gotta burn off fat fast! help me!

I’ve been training for about 3 months now and I have lost about 2.5% body fat but I am curious about what are some good excersizes/machines/intensitys on certain machines to burn fat.

Also any stretches for post workout?

its good to stretch before and after a workout…before is critical to prevent injury especially as you age….good cardio exercises include: running, walking, jogging,,hiking, the eliptical, the stationary bike(and regular bike) and swimming..lifting weights also helps you burn fat but cardio is probably your best bet…but be sure to do a combination of both…a good stretch that most people dont do is called the seal stretch..it stretches the lower back..the abdominal rectus.. and the seratus….its improves posture too….make sure you do stretches correctly..they are not meant to put you in pain….and also dont move fast when stretching..you could really do damage to your muscle spindles…. much luck with reaching your goals

Im 17, 5′11" i am working to get my arms bigger and i have a 6 pack but it is under some stomach fat that i would like to burn, will running burn the muscle on my arms, also will riding a bike burn the fat on my stomach?

running will not burn muscle as long as you run in your aerobic "zone". that is the zone that uses oxygen to burn fat. it is different for everyone, depending on many factors including what kind of shape you are in. but if you just do some light jogging a few times a week for 30 minutes, you’ll burn fat and won’t have to worry about losing muscle. riding a bike will burn fat on your abs.
