    @Fleury1991 wow!!! You have got to be kidding! it seems “misleading” because it’s different than what you might be used to hearing. Vince Delmonte is a beast and gained 40 or so pounds in 6 months And you’re saying he’s misleading?! I have his program and have been on it for 3 weeks and am already seeing gains! You can ask most of his customers and they will agree that he know what he’s talking about.

    @MechanicalSperm yea im not that small but i dont really do cardio at all maybe like 1 time a week, because its hard to keep slim while bulking up, but interval training as shown in this video is good because high intensity for low periods burn fat and not ur muscle, but if u jog or do anyting for too long u will start burning ur muscle off too, so stick with interval training.
